What my clients are saying

I have been buying and selling properties since 1979 and Nancy was by and far the most knowledgeable, competent and professional real estate Broker I have had the pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Nancy to any buyer or seller who is looking for timely, positive action & results. My most recent purchase required extreme commitment and long hours of her time from coordinating access to the property many times prior to purchase, negotiating a fair price, and expediting a smooth and quick closing. I look forward to working with Nancy in the future for all of my real estate ventures.

~ JL

Nancy and her husband Ken found us the perfect home; but before that, they worked hard to help us get into position to buy a home when a prior agent/lender could not. We thought all hope was lost and at the last minute Nancy found us a lender who was unbelievably helpful and closed us in 30 days! The who process was an emotional roller coaster that was eased by Nancy and Ken's expertise in Va home loans and extensive research for the perfect home for us. I would highly recommend them and look forward to making a family in our beautiful new home! Thank you Nancy for spending so much time with us! We love our new house!

~ JB

Nancy and Ken are fantastic! The entire time I felt as if they are my trusted friends, who are looking out for my best interests. They took the time to show me the area, restaurants and shopping to help me first choose the area, then the perfect home. I can't thank them enough: our house hunt was a success — we found a wonderful I'll say it again — Nancy and Ken are fantastic! I highly recommend them!

~ S&S

Nancy was awesome. She made our experience easy and uncomplicated during a very stressful time. I had just been diagnosed and started treatments for breast cancer. Easiest closing we had ever experienced.

“They stand apart from all the other real estate agents I've dealt with! What a difference!!! Nancy and Ken work together as a team. They know the local market and made recommendations regarding various improvements to help sell the house faster since I live out of the area. Perhaps most important of all was that they stayed in constant communication: provided email updates on scheduled showings, forwarded feedback from buyers, promptly answered questions, etc. So at any given time I felt I was in the loop, and knew what was going on. Bottom line: Nancy and Ken Schweitzer are exceptional Real Estate Pros. I really appreciate everything they had done for me and for my parents, and I highly recommend their services.

“...choosing Nancy was a great decision as she prepared great sales materials to compliment her knowledge of the value of my property. She was open to dialogue and my input and worked hard on educating a prospective buyer on true value of my property, securing a great deal more money and I was very pleased.

As first time home buyers, my husband and I really needed the guidance of Nancy's years of experience. She worked long hours for us over several months, even researching unpermitted work done to one house and cancelling the contract to protect us. We were able to snag the last lot in a new neighborhood due to her diligence when the lot's previous contract fell through. Thanks to Nancy, we are starting our married life worry-free in a brand new home that couldn't have been priced better.

The Schweitzer’s are very professional and knowledgeable and helped us to receive a much higher return on our investment than we had anticipated. They were very proactive in promoting our house and always took the time to answer any questions we had.

After 6 months of no activity in the sale of my house I changed realtor to Nancy and Ken Schweitzer. Their response was swift. Their professional input and advice immediately impacted the number of viewings, resulting in the sale of the home at a price that was fair. They were knowledgeable about the market, easily accessible, sensitive to my needs, active participants and above all care about me as a customer. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a house. They made the difference.

~ Ruby M

“Best Real Estate agent ever in all my years selling dozens of properties. She gives herself entirely to the job and is always there to answer your questions. She and her husband Ken sold several of my beach condos and made the whole experience very pleasant. They are great!”

Nancy made certain that we saw available homes in other communities in our price range. Due to our limited time, Nancy was careful to present listings that would work for us; our time was well spent. In addition to her real estate expertise, Nancy provided information on professional services as well as other resources to help us in the process. We highly recommend Nancy Schweitzer to anyone needing professional assistance in purchasing or selling a home.

~ TS

Nancy and Ken Schweitzer are extraordinary in the field of real estate. They have a vast knowledge of the current real estate market. They know their "stuff" and can be trusted to work diligently for their clients. In selling my home, I found them to be aggressive in promoting the plus factors of my home, my community, and the area surrounding. And to be noted along with their knowledge and being aggressive, they are kind and not pushy - wonderful to work with.

~ Connie

My husband and I worked with Nancy and Ken to find a vacation home in Southwest Florida. Even though our primary home is 1400 miles away from Nancy and Ken, the geographical distance was practically non-existent, due to their resourcefulness and their dedication to helping us. They patiently guided us through the process and we are so very pleased with our new home! Both of them are extremely professional and responsive and we would highly recommend their services.

~ Kevin & Dawn

Very professional and sharp. They sold my home in one day! After having sold 20+ homes in our lifetime and being very knowledgeable of the real estate industry, we find Ken and Nancy to be top notch and wouldn’t use anyone else.
